A former CEO and reformed striver, Chibs is an experienced stress and burnout coach accredited in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). He works with organisations, teams, and individuals to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and restore the sense of safety often lost in the pursuit of overachievement or as a result of complex trauma.

After severe burnout wreaked havoc on his mental health, Chibs Okereke left the corporate world to reset, recover, and repair the years of damage to his nervous system.
Through this journey, he discovered practical, science-backed tools and techniques to manage stress, anxiety, complex trauma, difficult emotions, and the overthinking that keeps so many of us awake at night. He also came to understand how unresolved patterns from childhood and early experiences can leave us feeling unsafe in our own bodies and minds.
Guided meditations became his lifeline—and his passion. Recognising how life-changing these practices were, Chibs made it his mission to share them with others in a way that’s simple, soothing, and accessible.
Chibs combines mindfulness techniques, positive psychology, and years of hands-on experience with the Vagus Nerve and nervous system to create guided meditations that help people relax deeply, feel safe in themselves, sleep better, and rediscover a sense of calm in their everyday lives.
